Snatch Deadlift to above knee (pause 3 seconds) + Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch + Squat Snatch
C. Snatch Deadlift
4 x 3 as heavy possible
D. Back Squat Burnout
2 x 10 (lighter/ fast and explosive)
